So, I was googling some old friends from my days at Santa Monica College in the early 90s, and one generates no hits. None. It almost seems impossible that in the mass of pages indexed by Google, that someone as outgoing and quirky as Roy wouldn't end up at least getting mentioned on some web page or something. But there are no entries for his name...

This is totally random, but have you heard from him? I didn't know him well, but he always used to hang around my second grade class (we loved him!). I was sure he'd be a successful animator or illustrator by now (though I'm not sure if that's what he wanted to be). He randomly popped into my mind today. I wonder what he's up to.
Not yet. My google alert turned up that he might be on Classmates.com, but though they have a likely candidate, who knows how old the e-mail address on the registration is or if it's valid. Not sure if I want to bet $15 on a Classmates membership just to try and see if the contact attempt works.
I bet the $15 on the Classmates.com membership and it was a waste of $15.
