When Inkscape 0.46 officially released on March 24, they only had binaries for Ubuntu and Mac OS X Leopard (10.5). Well, it seems they've expanded their offerings in the past week. The Mac OS X Tiger (10.4) and Windows binaries are now available for download. Downloaded the Tiger version, just installed it, and am already having fun playing with it.
