Good point adam " On a side note, are the pages built completely in Javascript? Because you could just have a sitemap to get the spiders to the content at least. ' I had a website that had a PR5 that was entirely done in Javastrict with its navigation in Java for every page. This was the best PR distributing design I had ever used and most effective SEO that I had ever time, Until I ranked for NO.1 For a particular key word and was hand edited out of the google directory.

Its a difficult industry but it all comes down to the people. I am not particularly impressed when a search engine deletes a profitable website , " Even for their own monetization systems ie. adsense " Seems counter productive and when egos are involved it can get messy. I hope those that did the experiment with " Sony Cybershot " in some way make it up to me since they where actively trolling webmasterworld while working for google and that kind of childness can effect you in some most negitively ways.

I have noticed big changes at google , " Especially the way they count their millions " mostly for the good.

Which is basically cloaking. :) I seriously think Google needs to ease up on the whole "cloaking is bad" mantra. I've come across several client sites where it just made sense to have the search engines see "this" and users see "that".

There are so many examples out there, including the one you've provided, its ridiculous.
